Barclaycard / Waterslide Advert
I can’t stop watching this one, and when it comes on, I grin nearly ear-to-ear. It simply features a man on an incredible waterslide which winds through a cityscape, from skyscraper, to supermarket, to library.
The music helps this advert along nicely, as The Bellamy Brothers “Let Your Love Flow” is a wonderful pick me up. It kinda makes you wanna bounce, and go fly a kite or something.
The second thing is my long time theory that humans like watching 2 things.
- People doing something they want to do
- People doing something really well
There are a million examples of this, from modern day sports, right the way to public speaking and pretty much any liberating act.
